After more than 2 weeks since I've opened a ticket with CA and the technician is still to understand what I want, I think my last hope is to ask if anyone can help me do the following: When I select a device in "Topology" view - if the device is a Pingable o set the "Notes" attribute (0x11564) to "I am a pingable" o display the new value in "Component Detail" - "General Information" view This is only a small part of my issue but it will allow me to do what I want. Every piece of xml code in the documentation is showing how to "read" and attribute but nowhere is shown how to "set" one.
