Hi, we are getting the same problem as well but ONLY on VPN routers, any device on a MPLS network is fine.
We tried the the IP TFTP Source command to push it through different interfaces and it never worked and never hit our firewall. We have been investigating this issue for 6 months now so if anyone could enlighten us please update.
