Hi,

If NCM_TFTP_Host attribute is blank, Spectrum uses primary NIC IP as TFTP
server.

Initially, Spectrum creates a file named "0xmh" in tftpboot folder and then
sends SNMP sets to the device in order to tell it "start a copy config
TFTP". Then, Spectrum waits for TFTP transfer to finish and finally adds the
file "0xmh" contents to Spectrum Database.

So, you'll have to troubleshoot all steps:
- Try to telnet to the device and run a manual copy run tftp.
- Use wireshark to monitor SNMP sets and TFTP transfer.
- While running a host config capture, monitor tftpboot folder to see if
file is created and it's growing.

I had problems with devices with very large configurations. I needed to
increase tftp timeout (in Configuration Manager -> Information -> TFTP
Configuration). Other times, after rebooting the router, it started working.

Regards.
James.
