Granted Memory leaks can be hard to track down and then fixed. And they
should be fixed as good code practice.
But this opens up a bigger issue of when will we have a 64 Bit
Spectrum? It is my understanding that Spectrum will run on a 64 Bit
Linux, but in 32 Bit mode. Is this accurate?
Larger memory sizes on SpectroSEVERS are easier to obtain nowadays with
64 bit systems which are becoming commonplace. My last NMS vendor job
now makes a 64 Bit system a requirement for new versions of their
platform. When will Spectrum ?
