Bah, I feel like nobody even saw my typo-joke :-(

Ok, now about lucky cases with my method. Well, the rules say:

For blindfold solving a lucky case is defined by:
1) more than 5 corners are correctly oriented, or
2) more than 8 edges are correctly oriented, or
3) more than 3 corners are correctly positioned, or
4) more than 4 edges are correctly positioned.

Obviously the writer didn't know my method :-). I don't consider 1) or
2) lucky since correct orientation doesn't help me at at all, actually
"orientation" doesn't even exist for me unless a piece is correctly
positioned. For 3) and 4) I don't count correctly positioned pieces
with bad orientation, since these are just as hard as "normal", i.e.
mispositioned pieces. For me I'd say a lucky case is defined by:

1) more than 2 corners are correctly positioned and oriented, or
2) more than 3 edges are correctly positioned and oriented.

Those are the only cases that really save work. I lowered the number a
bit, though. Not sure they're good now, I don't know where the
original numbers came from, but I think these rules come very close to
what it optimally should be.

Cheers!
Stefan
