I think so. On that game, you just have to see the bullet or hear the sound and 
click the mouse. On cubing, you have to see a pattern (between A LOT of them) 
and decide which alg to use (that also is not just one move). But I think 
people with good reflexes are good on cubing.

Anyway, to bring this to cubing, do you think a fast reaction time 
helps with case recognition while solving the cube?  Generally, we 
should be looking ahead so that we know what's coming... but sometimes 
you do a really fast OLL and you're hit with a 3-cycle that's facing 
right at you with the correct face.  Is it costing us 200 ms to decide 
clockwise or counter-clockwise, does it take more time than that 
because we have to recognize something more complex?
