Ouch, looks like my reactions between 300 and 350 aren't too exciting :-) And don't remember me of edge 3-cycles... I can execute them fast, but when deciding which direction to go, my right hand is often literally shaking back and forth. That's because I start by regripping with my right hand either like R or like R'. Gotta find two algs that start the same...
