Sadly, most manufacturers don't seem to care too much about quality. 
They will just say: but the puzzle works doesn't it? Or: if u are a 
speeder u need to prepare it urself! 

Well, i think stefan might be able to send u some new springs. He 
bought ****loads of them before ;-)
