Ahh.... hey, how about doing it this (fun!) way:
r (R' U l') (L U' r') (R' U l') (L U' r') (R' U l') (L U')
In order to prevent the M-slice from getting misaligned. I "lock" it
with my left and right ring fingers alternately.
