For the 4 centers swap,

I found (M'UM'U')*3 for that case awhile ago, but I didn't think that
it had any potential. I defenitely think that its the worst PML.

Try (U2D2)M' (U2D2)M'

Why take 12 moves over 6?

PS, I would like to see CLL algs and COLL algs. I have already
started a table of Both, but don't know anything about webpages.
