Ok so I suppose we should understand :
- rev 1.10 look to be something that is specific to BSD (usb driver version ?) 
- the modem is a Rev 3.00 and should work with
* V1.2 driver
* a bootloader like boot.v123.bin or KQD6P1.eni
* a firmware like mgmt.o/firmware.bin/KQD6P2.eni/alcaudsl.sys (only the big 
ones BEFORE V3.0x)

Do you a laptop, reason you want to use the modem by USB?
If you have an ethernet card, you could use this way without a driver need.

I don't know anything about BSD. Have you look at the BSD installation guide?
