I don't think it's the case. I've just descovered even stranger behaviour: If
I'm donloading/uploading something or just listening internet radio everything
if fine!!! Look carefully at
http://vovan.homelinux.org/stats/traffic/traffic.html and then
http://vovan.homelinux.org/stats/ping/ping.html. In between 8 and 10 I've been
using bittorent and ping has been as low at it should be!
Now I _REALLY_ don't have any idea what is it... :(
