Today I extended the website contact form[1] with an option that allows 
submitters to select whether their messages should be treated confiden- 
tially (e.g. for embarassing support requests) or may be discussed 
publicly (e.g. for website suggestions).  (See r16/17 in svn:spf-website 
[2].)

I decided to NOT give the selector a default selection of "may not" (or
"may") in order to make submitters actually _think_ about what they want.  
Otherwise we might end up with 95% or so confidential submissions where 
most really wouldn't have to be.
