This would reduce the chances that people decide that "other" best describes the topic and choose "other". 3) It would probably be very good to make it very clear that the SPF website is run by volunteers, that we work on a "best effort" basis, and we do this as a community service to help the Internet. 4) Really, I kind of think that this "contact" page and the "forums" page might best be merged, or at least more closely tied together. Because we are all volunteers, the best bet to get questions answered and to get the best help would be to send requests to the SPF-discuss list.
