OK created two docs; test1.rst and test2.rst and filled each with a few lines of text. Included the names of the of the docs, test1 and test2 in the index.rst file, setup the conf file as needed html_copy_source = True html_use_index = True and I still get the following error upon running "make html" checking consistency...
