Hi there. Thanks for the attached zip, I could download this one. (The mht file came across as binary and google groups was completely unwilling to give me the full code :/).
The file is axbuild.zip, though, and only includes the HTML, I think? If you've got memo.zip with all files around, I'd still take it :) Guess I'm still a bit confused about the settings but I'm going to try the makefile on the weekend - sphinx-quickstart on my Windows created a make.bat which then claimed that the source could not be found :/ My next tests will be setting it up on WinXP and a Linux VM, but that's got to wait a few days.
