Have you checked you xmission oil level? The reason I ask, is that if
oil leaks by the input shaft, it can/will collect in the bottom of the
bell housing. Then the flywheel can throught it all over the place. Is
your clutch slipping?
I don't thing the fuel pump bolts into an oil passage. But check all the
bolts on that side of the block. The TR3 had the Gen mounting plate bolted
into an oil passage. If the bolt worked loose, there was oil all over the
place. I was very supprised when I found that out, the hard way. :)
