McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Burger King, KFC, Taco Mayo, etc. Bad food, served poorly. They are thriving stores.
Pep Boys, Advance, Fisher, Big A, etc. They too are thriving. People expect bad service. They want the lowest price, regardless of the quality. That's why stores like Wallmart have done so well. This applies even in our own little Spitfire community. Vicky Brit sells junk, and we all know it. Yet they are one of the biggest parts brokers out there. Spitbits is very good, but he's got no where near the customer base that Vicky Brit has. >>> "Fred Thomas" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 06/19/03 07:34AM >>> And I wonder just how long it will take before this stores reputation gets around and they have no customers left to blow-out, this is just like a restaurant selling bad food and expecting customers to keep coming, good service goes a long way, bad service has stopped many "could be" good businesses, a very bad meal is most times overlooked by good service, I would much rather have 50% of something than 100% of nothing.
