Hello...

The Smith electronic tach in my '78 is in need of replacement. At 3500rpm it
is reading 4500 and it varies. I know that there is suppose to be a
calibration adjustment on the back, but the PO told me that It had died once
on him and he repaired a cracked PC board in it and also replaces a few of the
capacitors. Apparently it is using a op-amp chip that is either unmarked or
does not translate into a common number and there was also something about it
not having a standard 8, 14, 16 pin configuration.

So if someone has a known good one that they are willing to part with or if
there is a schematic out there somewhere I'd like to hear about it.

tnx

George
