The Progress kit is already out...I have seen it for sale at a couple of vendors. There is also one or two people on the Xtremesaturn and Saturnspeed message boards that already have the Progress setup installed on their cars...
Going price for the Progress coilovers is about $1200-1500 or so. Check out www.contemporarymotorsports.com they are a Progress dealer.
