I would call progress and saturnmotorsports to verify the
actual existance of the kit. Its release date was set and one year later
still not on the retailer's shelves - did this have anything to do with progress
selling springs directly to GM to put on dealership parts shelves? I dont
know.
As far as installing shocks/struts, on a saturn its very
easy. You have to remove the strut from the vehicle to install the spring,
so if you were to install a new strut at the same time, it would require zero
extra effort (well, not really true in the carerra case, another story for
another day).
For street and show, the progress kit is a great
buy. However if you want to re-valve the strut, you need to first know
what you're doing (the presets should be fine for most use) you will have to
remove the strut from the car and dissasemble it. Not a hard task if you
have the right tools and a clean (very clean) work space.
