You CAN use Sprint springs and stock struts - the Sprint spring rates are
close to stock.  KYB struts are exactly the same in the rear as stock so
don't waste your money on them unless your rear struts are worn out.  KYB's
for the front are slightly firmer than stock so you might consider replacing
those.  I have Sprint 2" springs, KYB struts on the front, and stock struts
in the rear.  The ride is a little harsher than stock, but still very
tolerable.  Handling is much better as well.

$100 is way too much for an alignment (4-wheel I assume).  I got mine done
at NTB (National Tire and Battery) for around $60 I think.
