I'm no frightened bird, lol. I'll look for javaradio or dxtuner if I get some spare time. I have a few friends who are hams, I'll see if they got anything lying around. I first learned about numbers stations shortly after 9/11. I must have heard some while playing around with some radio around the house when I was very young, because I felt some strong deja vu when I heard my first recorded numbers station transmission. After that I was hooked, and determined to hear some live transmissions, but never had a good enough radio. As far as your radio... I have no idea. The only brands I know of are Uniden, Icom, Yaesu, and Radio Shack. I could prolly think of a few more brands if I thought about it for a while, but those are the only ones I can come up with at the moment. I guess I don't get a beer... I quit drinking over 3 years ago anyway, so no big loss.
