Hi Mike,

I have a recent recording from a listener in Hungary, and it is playing what you describe. Curiously when I was listening last night (and when he was) it was only playing three or four notes, within the other sound effects.

Hi Chris- back again.
Now this is a funny bugger, have had the "cans" on over the past hour.
This is no BC - no ID's at all, the "locked" AM freq is 6878 - and now slowly dropping 17.30z The tones slowly change in freq, pattern and speed, although the "theme" is basically unchanged - so do the "associated sound efects" which have now gone from birdsong to guitar to banjo to pianola to drums to honkytonk.
One theme is being "overlayed" by another using the different instruments ?

The base theme could be looked at as a repetative slow "tone sequence" which is being masked by a continuously changing "overtheme"

Got me stumped at the moment.

It reminds me of a film where two "guys" communicated by "talking guitars" location was "hillbilly" country and the one actor I think may have been David Soul - I'm definitely not a film buff !!- but that guitar duo is very well known.
