UPDATE: 1357 eastern The buzzer's carrier just came back up. Heard a voice broadcast that lasted only a few seconds. I wasn't paying attention at the time so I dont know if it was numbers, and propagation is poor. However, there is STILL activity on the frequency. It's safe to say at this point, over 12 hours after the normal transmission stopped, that the buzzer isnt going to be offline for good. I'm thinking its maintenance/upgrade.
