At around 18:10 Zulu I could hear someone counting from 1 to 10 over and over in Russian. I am listening through a remote receiver in Germany, and the signal fades in and out somewhat. There also appeared to be an alarm going off for about 30 seconds that sounded like a goose. Interesting times.
