So far I have found one of my images at www.trainpage.com...CP4567.JPG, which has obviously been lifted from my website http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/John_Reay/cdnmlw.htm. My standard practice, as detailed on my website, is no use without explicit permission. I would probably grant permission if the site is non-profit...but, and it's a big but...I must receive a formal request. I have no record of any request from this guy.
Another image (one of my scans from an original Gary Zuters slide) is CP3069-1.JPG, a roster shot of the new Canadian Pacific logo on a GP38, probably came from the Usenet group alt.binaries.pictures.rail. I had posted it there as a news picture, with Gary's permission.
