I'll ask this here - what does Mr. Gardner think a copyright symbol means?
What does he think the details mean that say NO USE WITHOUT PERMISSION?

If he took pictures from a site that specifies NO USE then what does that
say about him?

I'm sorry, I can tell already that I am going to be in the minority but I
don't think he belongs in this group. I have a strong feeling about honour
and intellectual theft.

I mentioned in a private Email that if Mr. Gardner voluntarily removed ALL
images from his site that he had not obtained permission for then I might
view him with less skeptisicm.

People should not have to police his site and *ask* him to remove images
that shouldn't be there in the first place.

He may just want to be doing something he thinks is cool for railfans- but
this ain't it!
