I for one as a modeler have found his site quite useful. I appreciate
having one site to find images of particular locomotives. I understand
the copywrite concerns and would hope that they are respected. Looking
at his site, he does make it clear which are his pictures and which he
has obtained off of the web.

It would seem that one answer would be to put a margin around the images
which would contain the copyright information and any other data which
may prove useful. It would then take an effort on someone's part to
remove the information and would prove intent at the same time.

I look at his efforts as a service and would hate to lose it.

Thanks, Dave Potter
