We asked concerning the pallets being plastic and it was stated that what they 
received now was not.  What we ascertained from discussions with the client is 
they will get a transmission on a pallet with a wood cover around it.  They 
might have a dozen of these items in stock, in various sizes and shapes.

You mentioned wood crates.  You did not mention if there are any pallets 
involved.  If there are any plastic pallets involved you may have to 
increase the commodity class.
