RB114 (13D in new one and two family dwellings and townhouses) was disapproved on a floor vote at todays code hearings. Although the matter reached the Public Comment stage the necessary 2/3 votes were not obtained. The committees action to disapprove was upheld.
The 2/3 vote was short by appx 75 votes.
