As Mark said the main drain on an auxiiiiary dry pipe can be argued to be an auxilliary drain. On a 6 head system I'd think draining into a bucket would be sufficient. Without taking a lot of time to calculate cubic feet in a tube and converting that to gallons I'll just guess that there'll be less than five gallons in the piping after a trip test.
