I stopped looking when I say the title Valve Room (though I did check
the annex looking for the text regarding no heat tape as a substitute
since I knew it once said that).
Thus, only one word will suffice - DOH.

FM jobs we've done have been explicit about no heat tape. Now it's
pretty clear in NFPA 13 as well.
Anyway, enough for today. I'm dropping the top on the convertible and
