Don't forget that unless the home is made out of concrete and steel, you're most likely going to have to protect the attic space, should there be one, and that can result in a much larger remote area, limited sprinkler spacing, and higher starting pressures (see table 8.6.2.2.1a). Also, if you're looking at flowing 90 gallons (900 square feet x 0.10 gpm) through a 1" water meter you'd be well advised to think again. Also, remember your minimum water supply duration jumps from 10 minutes (13D), to 60 minutes in NFPA-13.
