A larger orifice head draws too much water to make the calcs workable. NFPA 13(2002) 8.3.4 alludes only to explicitly allowable use in light hazard occupancies on wet systems. Does this head have to be an upright at the top of the stack(which is 4' in diameter, vertically oriented, and about 11' in length with a rain cover over the top), or can it be a SDWL installed in the middle or near the bottom? The required location this head is driving the whether this system can be wet or not. Thank you, Ryan L.
