It's about 8x8x4 with a 1/2" pressure tap in the rear.
It's got a wind up coil spring like Grampy's old wall clock.
It uses the old Potter T handled round wrenches with the 2 tabs to open and
wind it.
There are 2 nuts you can take off to get to wind it without taking off the
cover (which I learned AFTER taking off the cover).
It's got notched wheels like the old coded alarm transmitters that control a
telegraph style contacts that tap according to the notches on the wheels.
Really interesting thing, looked like a Gamewell but it was a Potter. I
emailed them about it.
I tested a building last week with three of them, one on each system.
Two seemed to work, they signal alarm and then reset. One wouldn't reset.
I suggested they let me install vane switches so I can take these home and
play with them. :)
Anybody ever seen one?

Don't remember it, Tom.

Is this a pressure operated transmitter, with a Plumb movement and no
retard?

If so, I think I can dig up a Plumb movement for you.
