Did a Maui Wowie chip plant. OH II at ceiling with CO2 at the kettles. CO2 interlock with the burners to shut off at discharge. (Biggest worry was cooling the oil enough to prevent re-ignition.) The CO2 was way oversize for the 8' Dia. Kettles, because the lid was always 1/2 open it seemed, and not likely to contain the gas very well. The CO2 choice was so they didn't have to replace the oil, just run it through the filter system a few times before they could make more chips.
