I was just handed a situation where a H&W plans examiner is citing the term "throughout" to mean that sprinklers are required in a non-combustible attic space. His reasoning varies from the presence of HVAC, electrical, catwalks, etc... Can anyone provide me with a definition for the wording "throughout" as found in NFPA 13?
