Actually the 1940's date was my mistake as I typed with the brain ahead of
the fingers ... what I really meant to say was that they are approx. 40
years old - circa 1973 to 1975 with the original construction of the
building.  Thanks for the steering towards the patent file - its 5.5 to 1
and other neat information on their too.  Job well done by the group once
again.  Found one of the 11 DPV's today was flooded from a prior trip ..
Probably like months / years ago and in an effort to stop that pesky
intermediate chamber drain from blowing water all over the place for the
past months an unknown party swapped out the ball drip for a nipple and plug
- gee now why didn't I think of that !  

 

Tom - if you are still curious about pics I have plenty of the DPV and the
internal during reset I could send .. Although a 1973 DPV doesn't have the
same allure as a 1940's would.  Let me know I am happy to send them anyway.
