Tested a building last week, 9 sty. high-rise hotel with dual fed floors,
all went well. They bought and combined an adjacent building, 4 stories
high as part of the hotel and fed it from the existing system. Question:
The new addition has a single stairway with a combination standpipe but it
connects to the existing hallways of the hotel on all four floors.
Should the adjacent building's system been of high-rise design? Dual fed?
They're not. I'm thinking they should have done this.
