Greg: The question of having two "different types of SP" in a garage belongs on the desk of the responding FD. My gut feeling is that no, it isn't. If the incident commander or first responding engineer have to guess at which FDC serves what and at what pressure, then it's bad practice design and utterly unacceptable. Never mind that there will be signs explaining what serves what on the FDC's. (They'll be there, right?) It's still confusing.
