Doesn't Ordinary Hazard require two flowing heads?

This may be a dumb question but if it's a system with 5.6K heads as the
smallest orifice then it needs to alarm (AV) with one head flowing or trip
(DPV) with one head flowing. Why would you have two heads for the IT?

The reason I'm asking is because it is an ordinary hazard system and in
the plans they spec the inspectors test routing to a hub drain in a janitors
closet. It would be much easier to have one 11.2k orifice above the hub
drain than two 5.6 k's.

The Q=k*sqrt(p) math says that it should be equal flow with equal
pressure.
I guess you would have slightly less pressure with the 11.2 since there is
more flow(friction).
I just had an issue yesterday trying to get a flow valve to trip with a
remote test (one head) and thought the same thing (to look at using two
heads).
Good luck,

Just wondering if anyone have used an 11.2 K Orifice to substitute for
two
5.6 k heads on an OH1 Dry Inspectors test? Shouldn't it be equivalent?
