All other things being equal except the UG leakage factor the jockey pump should not run longer per operation but will run more often. The average service life of the pump will be the same in RPMs but lessened in longevity over time. If requiring a higher pressure for the UG system than the AG, and if within the capability of the pump, then moving the cut-in/cut-out settings up and together should create no difference. If both situations exist then both answers apply.
