As much as it pains me, I have to agree with Ron.
If you've got a closed head deluge system, you don't have a deluge system. 
You've got a non-interlocked deluge system.
To allow air supervision, you'll need to add a check atop the preaction valve.
And whatever else Sal says, he'd be the one to know!
