There are a few systems out there like MicBlast. I wasn't sure of the
listing requirement. I had my eye on a Peak unit but it costs 14K. This
obviously is all predicated upon there actually being MIC but I think
analysis will show it after repairing all the pinholes in the bottoms of the
mains. I know the general direction is to displace the oxygen molecules
from the air. Yes, these systems are monsters. Also wondering about fill
times, flow rates (don't want nitrous flowing out of the heads and no
water). I keep returning to the similarities to air compressors...

Have y'all seen Viking's Micblast? Just curious if these are
different/easier/better? If I'm not mistaken they have two types - one as
described below that fills with air then purges and refills and one that
will fill with nitrogen as a high pressure cylinder would. I believe I am
correct on the choices, forgive me if I am wrong.

We bought ours from these guys: http://www.fpscmi.com/ The big challenge I
think is that a straight generator isn't really capable of doing this job
while being reasonably sized, the way their system works is that it fills
the system with regular air (in part this is required because of the NFPA
mandated minimum system filling times), then purges and refills over time
with concentrated nitrogen which displaces the oxygen.
Our systems are under 3% once the cycling finishes. Even so the Ingersol
compressors are monsters and the systems weren't cheap...
