A good structural engineer should be able to help you out with the required calculations along with making sure that you are not imparting additional forces that could harm the beam.

IE we'd be hanging unistrut from either side of a beam and then extending out away from the beam with a "dead end" piece of strut to hang our pipe. The issue is that trapezing this pipe requires extensive scaffolding as the next beam is over top of high voltage electrical distribution equipment that we can't work above.
