But, upon further looking at their site with him while on the phone, it appears that only the sammy xpress _swivel _have the listings for use in seismic areas. It seems strange since both use the same anchoring attachments, but the regular XPRESS does not have the swivel. So, take that for what it is worth, as that was my understanding of the phone call that I just had.
