I am designing a project with cloud ceiling and large ducts, 74" x 23", with plumbing and other piping filling most of the other space around the ducts across the corridor. I understand that I need heads above the ceiling but how do I balance the need for heads above the ceiling space and the area taken up by the ducts and other piping. Based on what is known about the duct work location it looks like I would not be able to get heads above the ducts.
Am I thinking correctly to protect under the ducts but above the ceiling? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
