So I am assuming each floor is fed from the same standpipe and supplied by the same fire pump...and the same sprinkler head type from same manufacturer??

Security and engineering has responded to check. - 09’14am Mr. Kiet (Bellman) informed to GSC to raise code 888 – since he has been informed by Guests (R.092) that the water came out in her room and her properties were wet. - 09’16am at the scene Mr. Trung discovered sprinkler in R.902 was broken and the water came out immediately he turned off the power in R.902 and closed the valve of the pipe - 09’18am ERT team came to the R1605 ERT focused on clearing the water and removing all items from the room. - 09’18am Mr. Huy (Duty Manager) & Ms. Kieu (Assistant Housekeeping Manager) assisted Guests to move to R.920. - 09’21am Management team responded to the scene, calm down the guest and we have listed the wet items to send for washing & drying (see below list) - 12’30pm Mr. Sinh (Maintenance manager) replaced sprinkler and smoking detector in R902 Information from Guests (R0902): 9’12am: When Guest came back room 0902, they discovered the sprinkler released and water came out in their room.
