A lot has changed in the latest FM DS, check out 2-0, 3-26 & 8-9 for the basics. They have changed hazard names from LH, OH1 & OH2 to HC (Hazard Classification) 1, 2 & 3 for non storage (DS3-26), They then refer to storage for the remaining.
The obstruction rules are now pretty onerous, particularly for Storage. As previously mentioned sprinkler type and density varies with ceiling heights i.e HC-1 (LH) with a ceiling height of 30-45' is .2/2500 but less than 30' is .1/1500.
